Spencer Holdings has secured a large letting to G4S the worlds leading electronic monitoring company. The group has provided bespoke offices for G4S at its quality refurbishment of Nexus, Knowsley Business Park.
G4S has signed a six year deal on approximately 8,100 sq ft at £10 sq ft
The international company join fellow occupiers P & H Snacks, Fleet Removals and Nurock at the Nexus Development which offers up to 48,000 sq ft of industrial space and 40,000 sq ft of high specification offices which have recently been fitted out including the introduction of Skylights and full air conditioning, full glass frontage with individual unit entrances and ample onsite parking available.
