Greenbrook is a multidiscipline contractor, which currently works exclusively for Spencer Holdings to ensure that it offers a tailored service. The Company’s remit is to manage Spencer's development programme across its extensive portfolio, from acquisition to completion.
The range of projects is diverse and encompasses everything from a complete new build office development on a greenfield site to sub-division of existing industrial units. The works are similarly procured using various forms to achieve the costs and quality objectives required by Spencer Holdings. Projects are either fully managed in-house to drive, co-ordinate and manage day to day site activities or, in certain circumstances, external design and site management teams are appointed and overseen by Greenbrook.
